The Trading Post

The RHS school store started in the 1950's and was originally under the control of the Roosevelt Student Council.  After a couple of years of not operating, the Marketing Education program took control of the store during the 1971-1972 school year.  It was during this year that a contest was conducted to name the school store.  The final selection was approved by the marketing teacher, the principal, and the superintendent of schools.  The name was officially adopted in the spring of 1972....
